THE JOB:

Join the culinary team at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino as a Pantry Worker, where fresh ingredients, precision, and presentation come together to create exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will prepare and beautifully present a variety of cold menu items, from crisp salads and fresh seafood displays to fruit platters, appetizers, cheeses, and desserts. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for consistency will help ensure every guest enjoys dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.75 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

  • Days Shift | Full Time

  • 6:00am - 2:00pm | Thursday - Monday

  • Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

  • Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Prepare and set up cold food stations with salads, seafood, appetizers, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, desserts, and other menu items
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation
  • Maintain appropriate food quantities while minimizing waste and overproduction
  • Work efficiently in both front-of-house display stations and back-of-house prep areas
  • Ensure cold stations, walk-in coolers, and reach-in refrigerators remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Properly label, rotate, and store food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust production based on business demands
  • Collaborate with chefs and fellow culinary team members to support seamless meal service
  • Uphold all company, health, and safety standards throughout each shift

  • Maintains flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
