THE JOB
At Eight75, our signature lounge at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, every drink poured and every smile shared helps create the kind of night guests will never forget. As a Cocktail Server, you will bring energy, warmth, and precision to the floor—delivering handcrafted cocktails and elevated service in a sophisticated setting. By anticipating needs and adding personal touches, you’ll help transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
THE STARTING RATE: $5.87 an hour + tips
THE SCHEDULE:
Swing Shift | Part Time
11:00am (earliest) - 2:00am (latest)
Scheduled in 8-hour shifts between the above-listed time frame
Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the business needs
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them with speed and care
- Garnish and serve cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
- Share knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guide guest inquiries
- Perform opening and closing duties including stocking supplies, preparing stations, and ensuring cleanliness of service areas
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, or escalate to leadership when necessary
- Communicate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless service throughout the shift
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
- Brings a highly motivated, energetic, and guest-focused personality
- Possesses strong knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
- Delivers outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism
- Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
