THE JOB:
As a Busperson at Blossom in ARIA, you’ll support an elevated dining experience at one of the resort’s premier destinations for authentic Chinese cuisine. By maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment—from the dining room and storerooms to food pickup and beverage stations—you’ll help ensure seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your attention to detail and teamwork behind the scenes play an essential role in delivering the refined hospitality and memorable dining experiences that define Blossom.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.8355 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Bus or Food Runner preferred
Previous Fine Dining Busperson experience in an equivalent (Chinese) restaurant preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
