THE JOB:

As a Customer Care Operator at Borgata, you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience, greeting each visitor with a warm smile and exceptional service. By taking the time to understand their unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, creating WOW moments and lasting memories that they will cherish long after their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls where transactions range from call transfers and overhead paging to guest wake-up calls and message delivery

  • Prepare and handle a high volume of repetitive customer interactions over the telephone in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide customers with a clear picture of products and services, always leading the call without failing to listen to the voice of the customer

  • Work with Quality Coaches and Team Leaders to evaluate individual performance and make efforts to improve performance where the need has been indicated

  • Provide important observations gathered from many customer interactions, offering suggestions to improve process, product or service offerings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred

  • 1+ Years of Customer service experience Preferred

  • Experience handling customer calls in an inbound environment Preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$17.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
