THE JOB:

Join the team as a Villa Services Courier at Aria, where you’ll play an important role in supporting the luxury experience for our VIP and Villa guests. In this fast-paced role, you’ll assist with a variety of errands and requests while helping deliver seamless, elevated service behind the scenes.

Working throughout one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Las Vegas, you’ll support VIP operations with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail while helping create memorable experiences for our most valued guests.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Proactively provide refined luxury service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using sound judgment and the ability to multitask
  • Run errands for the Transportation Department, VIP, and Villa guests, including picking up show tickets from other properties and completing personal shopping requests
  • Handle cash accurately for guest payments, products, and services
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, acknowledge every guest, and maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Be knowledgeable about all hotel services, features, and local attractions to accurately answer guest inquiries, own all requests and complaints, resolve issues immediately, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Six (6) months of prior relevant Guest Service experience, preferably in Limo and/or Transportation Services
  • Currently hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
