THE JOB:
Make an impact through leadership and collaboration. As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you'll guide and support a team of scheduling professionals, drive operational efficiency, and partner closely with leadership to ensure workforce needs are met and business goals are achieved.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth
Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies
Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models
Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries
Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations
Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED is Required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required
2+ years of prior relevant experience is Required

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$28.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
