THE JOB:
As the Senior Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the daily operations of one of the largest departments at Beau Rivage. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, operational performance, and the development of high-performing teams. This role partners with leaders across the resort to drive service standards, improve operations, and achieve department goals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring service, cleanliness, and efficiency across the resort.
Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams and support succession planning.
Drive guest satisfaction by resolving operational challenges and improving department performance.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor productivity, and department financial performance.
Partner with leaders across the resort to support daily operations and the overall guest experience.
Evaluate and implement process improvements, technology, and service standards.
Lead initiatives that improve employee performance and department results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Serve as the acting Director of Housekeeping/EVS in their absence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
Two or more years of leadership experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel or resort environment.
Experience leading large teams through multiple levels of leadership.
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, labor management, scheduling, and service standards.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
