THE JOB:
As a Uniform Supervisor, you champion our backstage operations by providing premier service to our internal team members, ensuring they are confident, comfortable, and fully prepared to deliver world-class guest experiences.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.75
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily operations and supervise employee performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Maintain open and effective communication with the Uniform Assistant Manager and Uniform Manager by promptly relaying employee concerns, operational issues, and improvement suggestions to support efficient operations
Manage inventory by ordering departmental supplies and employee uniforms, preparing purchase requisitions, and allocating expenses to the appropriate departments
Conduct routine inventory counts of uniform stock to maintain inventory levels, and follow up with vendors on past-due orders
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proven ability to supervise, lead, and motivate employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment
Experience managing inventory tracking systems, processing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels to support operational needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees, management, and vendors
High School Diploma or GED required
Must have at least two years of supervisory experience
Must be available to work second shift, including weekends and holidays
