THE JOB:
As a Cook at Bellagio's Mayfair Supper Club, you'll craft exceptional cuisine in one of Las Vegas' most celebrated fine dining destinations, where every dish is a work of art. Working alongside an elite culinary team, you'll combine precision, creativity, and passion to deliver unforgettable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations and create lasting WOW moments. THE STARTING RATE: $ 26.6831 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
18 years of age or older
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
Formal Culinary training preferred
