THE JOB:
The Financial Analyst will provide ad‐hoc reporting and analysis to support the Manager FP&A in the property‐level budgeting process in collaboration with the Corporate FP&A team. The Analyst is located on‐property, and therefore his or her work spans across its functional areas. The Analyst will be expected to support a team that works across functional areas, collaborates well with key property‐ and corporate‐level counterparts, and presents clear analyses and recommendations to senior corporate‐ and property‐level executives.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Champion the use of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to innovate analytical processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and create efficiencies in financial reporting.
Partner with property leadership and Corporate Finance to drive the annual planning and budgeting process. Proactively identify and execute on high-impact analysis opportunities that support strategic goals.
Inform the financial management of the property by delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on cash flow optimization, cost management, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Analytics team to transform complex data into actionable plans for the property. Track progress and measure the achievement of key business objectives.
Develop and present sophisticated ad-hoc reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior Planning & Analysis leadership to support critical business decisions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
1+ Years of prior relevant experience required
