THE JOB:
Are you passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences? Join the dynamic team at MGM Springfield as a Retail Sales Associate and become part of an award-winning entertainment destination where every guest interaction matters!
THE STARTING RATE: $16.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage all Guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments
- Assist Guests with their needs and drive sales
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has an High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$16.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
