THE JOB:

Step behind the scenes and help bring unforgettable entertainment experiences to life at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. As a Lead Audio Visual Network Technician, you will serve as a technical leader supporting the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of professional audio, video, networking, and entertainment systems across the property. From live events and performances to day-to-day system operations, your expertise will help keep our technology running at its best. You’ll provide technical direction to the team, partner with IT, Facilities, vendors, and management, and play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $27.00 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the business needs

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot audio, video, sound, projection, networking, and entertainment technology systems throughout the property
  • Perform preventative maintenance, quality control, system upgrades, installations, and emergency repairs
  • Troubleshoot complex audio, video, signal, and network connectivity issues to maintain reliable system performance
  • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, vendors, and management to resolve major system failures and complete critical technical repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while following all company and departmental standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Holds a High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates 4+ years of prior relevant experience in the Audio Visual field
  • Maintains flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and remains calm when troubleshooting time-sensitive issues
