THE JOB:
The Employee Experience & Talent Strategy Senior Partner plays a key role in shaping a workplace where employees thrive and business goals are achieved. This position provides strategic consultation and hands-on support to design and implement initiatives that elevate employee engagement, performance, and recognition. The Senior Partner focuses on building and sustaining programs, tools, and practices that strengthen talent management and drive organizational success. Acting as a catalyst for transformation, the incumbent partners across the organization to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the overall HR strategy, ensuring a seamless and impactful employee experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop, maintain and continuously improve talent strategies and programs that drive employee engagement, optimize performance and talent management, and strengthen recognition practices to achieve organizational goals
Drive the development, optimization, and execution of talent cycle processes while supporting strategies that align with succession planning goals and strengthen the organization’s leadership framework
Leverage diverse data sources to identify and assess opportunities that enhance talent strategies and elevate the employee experience, driving improvements to existing processes, systems, and methods
Collaborate across the organization to drive ongoing improvement to programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and strategic priorities
Work closely with corporate teams, property operations, and Human Resources to co-create, implement, share, and continuously enhance strategies that unlock and maximize talent potential
Use project management skills to manage work activities and timelines to facilitate the development, deployment, and enhancements of talent processes
Support the implementation of company-wide talent and performance management initiatives
Support the talent needs of the organization and drives a best-in-class culture
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or Older
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development Required
3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Talent Development, Consulting and/or managing projects and/or programs Preferred
Previous experience leading others through influence and/or consulting skills Preferred
Ability to bring divergent groups to consensus Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills; working knowledge of SharePoint Site Management Preferred
Previous experience working on a cross-functional team Preferred
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred
