THE JOB:
At Aria, every detail matters. As a Full-Time Shoeshine Associate, you’ll provide personalized shoeshine and shoe care services that help our guests look and feel their best. With a commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and a polished presentation, you’ll help create the elevated experience our guests expect from Aria.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE STARTING RATE: $13.78 / Per Hour + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Provide professional shoe shining and polishing services, including cleaning, conditioning, buffing, and finishing various types of footwear, including leather, suede, and specialty materials
- Welcome guests warmly, engage in courteous conversation, and provide a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience
- Assess shoe condition and recommend appropriate services or products
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash or electronic payments, as applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workstation at all times
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six (6) months of prior relevant experience, preferably in shoe shinning services, leather care and basic shoe care
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
