THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Borgata, your main focus will be delivering outstanding guest service while upholding our brand standards. You will create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
- Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months retail sales experience preferred
- 6 months cashiering or cash handling experience preferred
- Available to work varies shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$17.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
