THE JOB:
As a Busperson at Spago inside Bellagio, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at one of Las Vegas' most celebrated restaurants. Known for its seasonal menus, vibrant energy, and iconic Fountain views, Spago sets the stage for unforgettable guest experiences. In this role, you will maintain all restaurant areas, including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup stations, and beverage areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Your attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and team members will help drive seamless service and contribute to the restaurant's renowned hospitality.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.0161 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
- 1+ Years of experience as a Bushperson in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred
