THE JOB:
As a Poker Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting poker operations by assisting the Director of Poker Operations with a variety of administrative tasks. With your attention to detail and organization, you’ll book poker guest stays and help manage day-to-day operations. Through unmatched dedication and a passion for poker, you’ll help create a dynamic, guest-centric environment that delivers exceptional service every day.
THE STARTING RATE: $18 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist the Director of Poker Operations with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to answering multi-line phones and taking detailed messages, maintaining confidential files for Poker Game Administration, and monitoring inventory of departmental office supplies and requisitions items as needed
- Assist in prioritizing and scheduling appointments as well as maintaining the calendar in the Poker Game Administration area
- Keep Director of Poker Operations informed of all pertinent information regarding specific activities and irregularities
- Book all Poker guest reservations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
