THE JOB:
Are you outgoing, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service? Join MGM Springfield as a Players Club Representative, where you'll be the face of our loyalty program and help guests unlock exciting rewards, exclusive benefits, and unforgettable experiences.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.25 per hour plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner; answer questions and address problems
- Explain the loyalty program in detail and redeems guests’ points for express comps
- Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based on established Company guidelines
- Utilize all aspects of the Player Tracking System; input player information into the database system and issue loyalty program cards
- Protect the confidentiality of all company files and document under immediate control
- Communicate new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority and otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$17.25
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
