THE JOB:
As a Food Server at Roasted Bean Resort/Royal at Excalibur, you will provide friendly, attentive service by taking and delivering orders, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.7911 + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques and the service delivery of menu items across all courses, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently process payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or requests from guests and fellow employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Food Handler Card required
- 6+ months of food and beverage experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with direct food service responsibilities preferred
